We source as much as we can locally, taking pride in supporting our local community in Sidcup, Kent, while working with some of the finest producers. Everything is fresh, and in season, which means we can work with what is tastiest and plentiful, without having to fly it in from all over the world. We are also supplying a wide range of retail locally sourced items, that support local businesses in our community.
Seasonality is important to us, it lets us live off the land and experiment with new flavours and recipes in both our restaurant and hut, and this translates into the farm shop, too. We offer the finest and freshest produce to our customers, and we hope we can inspire you to work and cook with the seasons, too.
