We currently have opportunities for experienced baristas, full time only. You will need to be fully flexible and available weekends and weekdays. As a front-of-house employee, you will represent the brand and culture of Penelopes restaurant & Farm shop and will provide customers with a professional and friendly service. Making tasteful and great looking coffees and hot drinks Taking client orders and receiving payment Regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders Following recipes and presentations of beverage items Being punctual and maintaining regular and consistent attendance

You will provide an efficient and stylish service, delighting our guests with your product knowledge and customer service abilities. You will drive sales by helping our customers navigate our menu, making suggestions and enhancing their experience. You have at least 2 years of experience and can manage a busy section. You are confident and outgoing, you feel comfortable dealing with a wide range of people and genuinely care about their experience. You are interested in the wider food and drink industry.
We are looking for hard-working and passionate Chef de parties for our busy Restaurant & Farm shop. You will have at least 2 year experience as Chef de Partie in a fast paced, fresh produce Kitchen. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes as well as supporting them with Heath & Safety management. -knowledge and ability to run a section. -ability to work without close supervision. -high level of attention to detail. -positive and approachable manner. -A genuine passion for food.
We are looking for Commis Chefs for our busy Restaurant & Farm shop. You will be a good team player, a hard worker and above all, great people skills. A good level of product knowledge and food preparation techniques. Passion for cooking and the Hospitality industry Attention to detail.
We’re ready and waiting with open arms, whether you want to take a tour of the grounds and see our farm in action, or do a spot of shopping in the shop, we’re open 7 days a week. Our restaurant serves delicious food throughout the day, and our hut is open for those quick bites and hot drinks.
