We recycle our coffee grounds into compost for our plants and trees. Walking around the farm, you’ll notice 1,500 trees we planted on our property.
We proudly support local growers and makers by sourcing local ingredients and products to sell in our farm shop and use in our restaurant and deli recipes.
We harvest rainwater to water our plants to help them grow and bloom. Our solar panels throughout the farm allow us to harvest our own energy, minimising our carbon footprint.
We move with the seasons using produce that is in season. You’ll notice how fresh our dishes taste at our restaurant and deli.
